Kristine, from Arlington Heights, IL, now lives in Fort Mill. With a background in new construction and property management, she enjoys helping clients with cabinetry designs. Outside work, she loves family time and home projects.
Elizabeth, Showroom Manager
Elizabeth, our Showroom Manager, is a South Carolina native with 35+ years in the Fort Mill/Charlotte area. Her background includes advertising, sales, and interior design. Known for her excellent customer service, creativity, and fun spirit, she enjoys family time, cooking, music festivals, and beach getaways.
Ashley Harris, Manager
Ashley grew up around construction, with her parents building custom homes in Chesapeake, VA. Before Baxter Cabinets, she spent 20 years in CPG, representing Coca-Cola, Kraft, and Nabisco. Joining Baxter in 2020, her sales and customer service skills support business growth.
Brad Harris, Owner
Originally from Montgomery, AL, Brad moved to Fort Mill from Charlotte with his wife Ashley and two daughters, ages 9 and 6. They fell in love with the town’s friendly vibe. While building their home, they saw the need for a custom cabinetry service. Outside of work, Brad is an avid mountain biker, enjoys family time, and loves cooking on his Big Green Egg.
Julie Middlen, Sales Manager
Julie has lived in the Charlotte/Fort Mill area for 20 years. Born in California and raised in South Dakota, she graduated from FIDM in Los Angeles with a design degree. Specializing in challenging spaces, she’s also passionate about travel and jet skiing on the lake.
